Does PSI Provide a Client Guarantee?

PSI takes the time to screen, interview, and test each and every candidate and this process gives us the confidence to offer our placement guarantee.

All direct placements are covered by a guarantee. We partner with our clients to define the search criteria and customize our search project to present you only with candidates who match the agreed-upon profile.

What is an Employee Buy-Out?

When a temporary employee completes the client’s agreed to amount of hours on PSI’s payroll, you may transfer the employee to your payroll with no placement fee. If you decide to put the temporary employee on your payroll prior to the completion of the agreed to hours, a pro-rated discount is provided.

Can PSI Help Develop Job Descriptions?

Yes. Our employment counselors often assist clients in developing job descriptions for recruiting projects. We discuss educational credentials and appropriate, compatible work experience, technical requirements, level of computer literacy required, software and hardware requirements, culture of work environment, salary level and expectations.

Does PSI Provide Salary/Benefit Guidelines For Clients?

Yes. We can assist clients with salary and benefit guidelines as well as developing job descriptions. Salary.com is a useful website for salary information as is the Wall Street Journal.

Does PSI Provide Background Checks?

PSI partners with Accutrace, Inc services to provide employment and background screening services. At the client’s request, we can provide screening in the following areas:

– Social Security Trace

– Criminal Screening

– Drug Testing

– Credit Reporting

– Verification (employment, education, personal/ professional reference, professional license certification.)

How Does Temporary Employment Payroll Work?

Our temporary employees bring time sheets to each assignment and fill in the hours worked. Please review the time sheets for accuracy. Your signature authorizes PSI to pay these labor costs on your behalf and confirms your acceptance of the work performed. Our temporary employees are paid weekly.

PSI pays all payroll costs for its temporary employees: FICA, state & federal unemployment, workers’ compensation, and general liability insurance. Clients are billed weekly and invoices are due upon receipt.
