Doylestown Insurance office has a ground floor temp-to-hire opportunity to assist the Producer/Broker as they add a new insurance line of business! You will be fully trained. Ample opportunity for career growth!

Responsibilities

  • Manage the producer's book of business by updating data in the in-house system.

  • Outbound calls to agents to generate business leads for the Producer.

  • Assist in answering reception desk in rotation.

  • Answer on-line chat inquiries from agents.

  • Processing policy renewals.

  • Verify policy for accuracy of data in the system before sending to the client.

  • Obtain information from prospect and client so that Producer can arrange the completion of policy underwriting.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with MS Office( Word, Excel, and Outlook).

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to train and quickly learn new software.

  • Excellent customer service skills and desire to learn the insurance business. Experience in an insurance office is highly desirable, but not required.

SALARY

$14.00 hourly
