Receptionist/Office Assistant

Our Doylestown, PA client is seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant to join their Operations team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Company offers an excellent working environment, career and financial growth!

 

Responsibilities

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents

  • Plan and schedule appointments and events

  • Greet and assist onsite guests

  • Answer inbound telephone calls

  • Develop and implement organized filing systems

  • Maintain client database

  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability and desire to be trained in the operations of a Financial services firm.

This a temporary-to-hire opportunity. You will receive full training and support to develop and learn each area of operations. 18 paid vacation/sick/personal days and 7 paid holidays

SALARY

$13.00-14.00/hour
