Why Hire a Temp-to-hire Employee

In today's competitive job market, many employers want to take the time to find the ideal employee for each job. One way they do this is by offering temp-to-hire positions.

Temp to perm positions allows companies to "try before they buy," testing out an employee's abilities before making a formal offer with benefits. While an interview, references, and a resume can provide a good sense of a candidate's work abilities, nothing beats observing an employee on the job for knowing if they are a good fit for a company.


How it works

After a temporary employee completes 600 hours (roughly 15 weeks) while on PSI's payroll, the employer may transfer him/her onto the company's payroll with no placement fee. Prior to the completion of 600 hours, a discount is provided based on the number of hours worked.
