RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Entry of orders from corporate clients from various sources( hard copy and web orders)

  • Follow-up calls to customers to address any questions regarding their order.

  • Interact with team members and managers to address questions that cannot be determined from the order.

  • Scan in all related documents pertaining to the order.

  • Call outside suppliers and team members to confirm the completion date on all orders.

  • Follow-up with outside suppliers to confirm completion of the work and verify that they will send their report .

  • Liaison between outside suppliers and team to provide answers to any questions the supplier may have and answer or research any questions that they have about the order.

  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent alpha-numeric data-entry skills .

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in an environment that is customer service focused, fast-paced, and requires the ability to prioritize your work.

  • Desire to grow and take on more responsibilities.

  • Strong attention to detail

SALARY

$15.00 - 16.00/ hourly
