Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a corporate Customer Service Representative , Temp-to-hire to join our team! You will perform client services and administrative functions in order to drive company success. As part of a team, you will support the account manager in the preparation of client reports and schedule coordination with outside vendors . Full training provided. Excellent benefits package. Responsibilities

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents including property reports

  • Plan and schedule appointments with outside vendors .

  • make outbound calls to approved vendors to schedule services for client properties.

  • Answer inbound telephone calls

  • Develop and implement organized filing systems

  • Perform all other office tasks

  • Assist Clients and contacting vendors via Phone and email.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to to handle a fast pace.

  • Experience with handling a volume of customer service calls (both inbound and outbound from clients and vendors)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills

SALARY

$18.00 - $19.00 hourly

8:30AM - 5:00 PM (with some overtime during peak times of the year.)
