A growing Sales office located in Bucks County is adding an Office Assistant to their team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Generate final sales order and invoice in QuickBooks
Sales order entry
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls and direct calls to appropriate sales representative or management team
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Previous experience in order entry, billing, purchase order processing
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
experience with Quick Books order entry module
$14 -15 hourly
Dental, Medical, Vision
Hours start at part-time schedule from 9:00AM to 2:00PM or 3:00 PM. Once you are fully trained and can take on more responsibility, this position will move to full-time and include benefits.
