Office Assistant

DOYLESTOWN, PA


A growing Sales office located in Bucks County is adding an Office Assistant to their team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate final sales order and invoice in QuickBooks

  • Sales order entry

  • Greet and assist onsite guests

  • Answer inbound telephone calls and direct calls to appropriate sales representative or management team

  • Develop and implement organized filing systems

  • Perform all other office tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in order entry, billing, purchase order processing

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills

  • experience with Quick Books order entry module

SALARY

$14 -15 hourly

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Hours start at part-time schedule from 9:00AM to 2:00PM or 3:00 PM. Once you are fully trained and can take on more responsibility, this position will move to full-time and include benefits.
