MANAGER, ACCOUNT SERVICES
Growing Pharmaceutical and biotech marketing consulting firm is adding to their account services team!
This position reports to the Director and is responsible for the management of marketing project deliverables for assigned clients. You will be the key contact to support the ongoing relationship between the firm and client.
Once an account is secured and the project parameters are in place, you will be the primary account manager to provide ongoing client support and administration of the project.
You will be responsible for a multiple projects.
Constantly look for process improvement and communicate with other team member to provide client feedback, changes, and project status reports.
Accountable for project and client profitability. Track revenue and costs for all assigned projects.
Focused on company growth through the delivery of excellence and trust developed with satisfied clients.
3+ years experience in account management, market research; pharmaceutical marketing; or pharmaceutical sales or brand management.
MS Office with high degree of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong desire to grow and learn new concepts and strategies.
Strong expertise with medical and disease terminology.
Ability and desire to advance within the company.
Highly motivated and goal driven.
$75,000- 85,000 annually
